At Colmant, our keywords are quality and customer satisfaction. In order to achieve those goals, our strong beliefs are:

1. Full independence: this allows no space for compromises. Quality is our sole guideline. Never would we try to save money or time on the grape selection, the production process or the maturation time in the bottle.

2. Restricted size: we commit ourselves to maintaining a level of production fully manageable by ourselves. The whole winemaking process and customers contact will stay at any time under our full control.

3. Total focus: Cap Classique wines need a huge amount of attention. By concentrating our efforts on a single product, we believe that this is the best way to bring our valued customers the most satisfaction.

4. Expertise: We are ably assisted in our production by two outstanding proponents of the "bubbles" art , Pieter Ferreira who is well known for his Cap Classique and Nicolas Follet a French Oenologist with his own family cellar in Champagne.

5. Imported Champagne: Carefully selected by ourselves, its aim is to offer the South African bubbly-lover a wider scope of products at very a reasonable price and to create a market synergy with our own production. The very affordable selling prices do not reflect a low quality product - why would we harm our reputation ?

They are just made possible by selling directly to you with no middleman and by our will to gather around our name as many truly passionate customers as possible.

6. Customer warranty: Should at any time one of our customers be unhappy with one of our products, either our Cap Classique or our imported Champagne, and as long as the right conditions of cellaring have been followed, we will fully refund the cost of the bottle and take back any outstanding stock.
